PMG Points Terms & Conditions

PMG POINTS EARN

1. All applicants for PMG Membership program will be automatically entitled for PMG Points
2. Every One Ringgit Malaysia (RM1.00) equals 1 PMG Point earned. A minimum spend of RM1 is required to earn points. Example
   • RM2.90 = 2 PMG Points
   • RM2.11 = 2 PMG Points
   • RM0.90 = 0 PMG Points
3. The point earn rate may be subject to change due to unforeseen economic circumstances, prior to the change which will be announced 3 days in advance by PMG Healthcare Sdn Bhd.
4. The amount of PMG Points accumulated will be recorded in each account holder. When an account holder wishes to redeem a number of PMG Points, the said number of PMG Points will be deducted from the balance last recorded in the PMG Membership Account, on a first-in-first-out basis.
5. PMG Points are not transferable.
6. PMG Point is NOT convertible to cash.
7. The manner and number of ways in which PMG Points may be earned shall be determined by PMG Healthcare Sdn Bhd from time to time at its absolute discretion.
8. PMG Healthcare Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change, modify and/or amend the Terms & Conditions herein at any time without prior notice

PMG POINTS REDEMPTION

9. Points can be redeemed for use in purchase in PMG Pharmacy. The conversion rate is 200 points equivalent to One Ringgit Malaysia (RM1.00). There is no minimum redemption required.
10. All account holders redeeming PMG Points are REQUIRED to be present and to present their IC for verification.
11. All applicable taxes on points, e-vouchers or services in connection with the PMG points will be the responsibility of the account holder.
12. PMG Points are NOT convertible to cash.
13. PMG points awarded may not be assigned or transferred and shall be used exclusively by valid account holder.
14. Any PMG points, which are not redeemed within 2 calendar years after the end of the calendar year in which the Points were recorded, will automatically expire and be deducted from the Points balance in a Member’s account.
    • Points earned on 1 Jan 2023 will be expired on 31st Dec 2025
    • Points earned on 15 Mar 2023 will be expired on 31st Dec 2025
    • Points Earned on 31 Dec 2023 will be expired on 31st Dec 2025
15. Expired PMG Point is not refundable.
16. In the event of any discrepancies, the records from PMG Healthcare Sdn Bhd as to the account holder’s balance of PMG Points will be final and binding.
17. In the event that a refund is requested, any PMG Points which have been redeemed for the transaction will be credited back/restored to the account holder within 14 business days from the date of cancellation/return.
18. If an account holder is found to be abusing, permitting the abuse, and/or breaching of the Terms & Conditions herein, PMG Healthcare Sdn Bhd reserves the absolute right and discretion to suspend the account and/or remove or suspend the PMG Points accumulated without prior notice.
19. Account holder(s) can choose to leave the membership Program at any time. By leaving the Program, account holder(s) waive the right to any PMG Points that has already accrued or issued.
20. All decisions by PMG Healthcare Sdn Bhd are final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence or claims shall be entertained.
21. PMG Healthcare Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change, modify and/or amend the Terms & Conditions herein at any time without prior notice.
