RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Professional medication dispensing, consultation and counseling
• Manage and record poison and stock inventory
• Maintain good teamwork and communication with branch manager, nutritionist and pharmacy assistant to ensure smooth and effective daily retail operation
• Assist in basic management and team building
• Conduct training and performance assessment of the team
• Train, supervise and monitor sales performance and service
• Keep in touch with all HQ departments as well as other branches

REQUIREMENTS:

• Full time position only
• Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology.
• Registered with Malaysia Pharmacy Board
• Sufficient understanding towards pharmacy’s law and regulations
• Proficiency in English, Malay, Chinese and local dialects will be an added bonus
• Pleasant personality and professional demeanor
• Experienced in pharmacy management, inventory control and purchasing will be an added advantage
• Flexible working schedules and willing to work on selected weekends and public holidays
• Candidates with no retail experience are also encouraged to join as training will be provided
• Provisionally Registered Pharmacists are welcomed to apply

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to face to face and telephone enquiries of a routine nature from members of the public, patients, their representatives and a wide range of staff groups
• Help in maintaining reasonable dispensary stock levels
• Order items for use within and outside department
• Receive, load and unload incoming goods from manufacturers, wholesalers and elsewhere
• Assist in the sale of over the counter medicines
• Answer queries on the availability and supply of medicines

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Medical Science, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided but any experience in pharmacy will be of extra advantage.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for medical services: Triage, Basic Primary Health Care, basic trauma care and medical referrals
• Provide medical consultation to patients
• Provide medical care by interviewing, examining and treating
• Able to perform minor surgical procedures
• Provide general pre- and post- operation care.
• Safeguards the rational prescription of drugs, diagnostics, laboratory tests and further medical follow up.
• Provide vaccinations and counselling on preventive care.
• Actively monitors any reportable diseases seen during medical consultations.
• Flexibility in taking up any other medical task when appropriate:
  e.g. exploratory visits/medical needs assessment and training activities.
• Conduct various health screening services and promote health education
• Maintain confidential medical records of patients.
• Being able to define cases for specialist referral if necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least MBBS or equivalent from Recognized Institution
• Completed compulsory government services
• Registered with Malaysian Medical Council and possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
• Possess a pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivates & positive attitudes
• Required languages: Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficiency in Mandarin and other local Chinese dialects will be an added advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and care for all patients in a polite and courteous manner
• In-charge of patient registration, dispensary, payment, appointments & follow up
• Respond to phone calls and attend patient’s enquiries
• Assist doctor in minor procedures in the clinic
• Delivers direct patient care; assesses patients physical, psychosocial and/ or emotional needs; provides patients and family teaching; triages patients and inform physician of patients status
• Maintain clinic hygiene and equipment sterilization.
• Perform daily clerical, logistical & administrative support to clinic i.e. stock checks, panels key-in
• Manage simple account and billing matters
• Any others responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the company from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum SPM, Diploma in Nursing is preferable
• Fresh grad (any Medical Related Field) OR with working experience
• Attentive with good work ethics
• Able to communicate fluently
• Customer service oriented and friendly disposition
• Possess initiative, proactive and able to multi-task
• Skills: Computer, Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check and understand patients’ medical records
• Proper consultation and case clerking
• Conduct necessary examination(e.g., xray investigations, pulp vitality test)
• Perform necessary treatment with care (e.g., scaling, filling, extraction, denture)
• Able to perform RCT (anterior and posterior), fixed prosthesis (crown, bridge, veneers), minor oral surgery  is preferred
• Able to perform orthodontic treatment or/and implant procedure is highly preferred
• Prescribe medication as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene care
• Promote good oral health and preventive dental care (e.g., by scheduling regular check-ups)

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) Degree: Graduation from a recognized dental school with a BDS degree or equivalent qualification
2. Full Registration with the Malaysian Dental Council (MDC): Dentists must apply for full registration with the MDC to legally practice dentistry in Malaysia
3. Malaysian Dental Council (MDC) Guidelines: Compliance with the regulations and guidelines set by the Malaysian Dental Council for professional conduct and practice standards
4. Continuing Professional Development (CPD): Dentists are required to participate in ongoing CPD activities to maintain and enhance their professional skills and knowledge.
5. Valid APC: Dentists are required to maintain and keep their APC valid at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fabricate dental prosthesis (crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances) according to dentist prescriptions and patient specifications.
• Operate and maintain dental laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in production.
• Work closely with dentists and dental specialists to ensure the accurate fit, function, and aesthetics of dental prosthesis.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality control measures to maintain consistency and meet industry standards.
• Keep abreast of advancements in dental technology and techniques through continuing education and professional development.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or certificate in Dental Technology from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a dental technician in a dental laboratory or practice. (Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply)
• Proficiency in dental laboratory techniques, including waxing, casting, model-making, and finishing.
• Knowledge of dental materials and their properties, as well as experience with CAD/CAM technology is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for precise craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interpret dental prescriptions accurately.
